About Rayon Crepe

Rayon Crepe has excellent drape, phenomenal hand feel, and works for tops, dresses and skirts. Be sure to wash and dry this base before cutting (or dry clean or hang to dry) as there can be significant shrinkage. This is a great example of the saying "Wash it like you hate it, that way nothing worse will ever happen to it".
Pros - No stretch, light weight, soft, beautiful drape
Cons- Has a tendency to shrink more than other natural fiber bases. The ends will fray if not properly finished.
