Returns and Refunds
Because every WayMaker order is custom printed to order just for you, we are unable to accept returns. If there's ever a print quality issue, reach out to us and we'll make it right — that's our promise.
- We do not accept returns or refunds.
- We do offer replacements or store credit if the fabric is flawed.
- Flawed fabric that we DO NOT offer a replacement or store credit for are as follows:
- Flaws within 5" of the selvage edge.
- Flaws that are smaller than a dime.
- Flaws that cover less than 10% of the fabric.
- Printer markings on the underside of the fabric that do not show through.
- Flaws that were made as a result of washing. Please be aware that some color fading may occur after washing and is not considered a flaw. Washed fabric can NOT be returned or exchanged.
- Variation in color on different base fabrics is not a flaw, but a normal occurrence in all methods of fabric production. Please see our Blog Let's Talk Fabric Vibrancy! – WayMaker Fabrics to learn more about the different bases and how they show color.
- Defects on the selvage. These include but are not limited to, fraying, dirt, oil, or color transfer.
- Uneven selvage is a normal occurrence and is not a flaw in the fabric.
- If fabric is washed or cut it is NOT eligible to be returned for replacement or store credit.
- If you receive flawed fabric, you must contact our store within 14 days of receiving your fabric to receive store credit or product replacement.
Can I return my order?
We are a print on demand facility and start production when we receive an order. If we have already started processing your order and you choose to cancel it, there is a 20% cancellation fee.
If you receive your fabric and you believe you have received flawed fabric (see the above description of things that are NOT flaws) please email info@waymakerfabrics.com.
- Flaws that constitute replacement or store credit include but are not limited to the following:
- Blurry fabric- Fabric where the print is blurry.
- Fabric that is less than 36" per yard or less than 18" per half yard PRIOR to washing. Washed or cut fabric cannot be returned. Some shrinkage may occur from washing.
- The fabric you ordered was not the fabric you received.
- Returns need to be submitted in writing to info@waymakerfabrics.com within 14 days of receiving your fabric. It can NOT be washed or cut. Washed or cut fabric is not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
- Only qualifying fabric can be returned.
- If your fabric qualifies as flawed, you may return the flawed fabric, and we will pay for the return shipping on the flawed fabric only (not the entire order).
- We can replace your fabric or offer you store credit only.
Any refunds are given by store credit.
